We had a get together at my sister’s last night and everyone had a great time…especially the pups! Here is my fur-nephew, Meiko begging for cheese…Isn’t he pretty? I don’t know how they keep him so white…I just realized that he looks kind of like that dog with the REALLY hot guy in the post below…

Today I gave Ginger a puppy cut. Her fur was getting too long and she was becoming a stick-tight and cocklebur magnet. Every time the kids take her to the lake she comes back covered in them. She was very well behaved throughout the process, just got a little antsy when I trimmed around her ears. She doesn’t like having them cleaned either, or her nails trimmed…on the other hand, neither do any of the other dogs.
After the haircut I gave her a bath. And then she gave me a bath. You can pretty much tell from the pictures what she thought about the whole process. Poor mistreated pup!

Ginger doesn’t appear to like her picture taken. I have lots of shots of her tail disappearing through the dog door, or her backside as she’s running away. I don’t know why, she’s such a pretty girl! Ginger is a poodle, cocker..? mix. She didn’t like the other dogs at first, I’m not even sure she knew she was a dog, but now she’s always right in the middle of things, especially when it comes to treats!

Please, please, puulleeeze give me a treat! Or two…

I am willing you with the power of my mind to drop that treat…Drop it!
